Independence.
No partner programmes, no reseller margins, no vendor incentives. We are paid for the advice, and only by you.
ACCOUNTABILITY THAT DOES NOT CHANGE HANDS
You are buying two answers: whether the person in the room is the person on the invoice, and whose product the advice is quietly selling. Both answers are in the offer, in writing, and no vendor pays us a commission.
WHY AMPLIRO EXISTS
Organisations do not lack AI ambition. They lack AI in operation. Strategies get written, pilots get funded, tools get bought, and somehow the daily work looks the same.
The gap is rarely the technology. It is everything around it: ownership, integration, competence, governance, and the honest question of whether the initiative should exist at all.
OUR POSITION
Ampliro was founded to close the gap between AI ambition and AI in operation. We take initiatives all the way into daily use, and you own the result.
THE APPROACH
An engagement begins in how your organisation actually runs: who decides, where the work stalls, which rules you answer to, and what has already been tried. Only then is it meaningful to discuss what technology should come in, and whether it should come in at all.
The senior who scopes your engagement is accountable for it throughout. No handover to a junior team, and no account layer between the promise and the work. Where an assignment needs a specialist, one is engaged for that assignment and chosen for it. The model is built that way by design, and it is why the advice stays sharp.
THE MODEL
Ampliro is a founder-led firm of management consultants. Our internal team does the firm's own work; on client assignments, where the assignment calls for it, independent specialists from the Ampliro Network are engaged, chosen for the problem rather than for whoever happens to be free. For deeper technical build, we work with development partners under our direction.
In every setup, one thing is constant: responsibility for the whole stays with Ampliro, from first advice to final handover.
You are never billed for idle time, and no one is put on your project to stay busy.
TWO BRANDS, ONE COMPANY
Ampliro is the advisory and delivery firm. AIUC, short for AI Utbildningscentrum, is our education arm: role-specific AI training for the wider organisation, built for effect rather than attendance.
The split mirrors how adoption actually works. Direction and accountability are set in the leadership team, where Ampliro works. Competence is built across the organisation, where AIUC delivers. One company, one thesis, two ways in.
WHAT WE STAND FOR
No partner programmes, no reseller margins, no vendor incentives. We are paid for the advice, and only by you.
What we build, you own: code, documentation, and the ability to run it without us. We design our own exit into every engagement.
A no is a deliverable. If the initiative shouldn't exist, or a cheaper tool wins, that is what you will hear.
No panic, no complacency. Not about the technology, and not about the rules.
WHERE WE WORK
Our clients span public institutions and private-sector companies, from state agencies and courts to industrial and pharmaceutical brands. The work is described across our capabilities and industries pages, and the thinking behind it in our Insights.
We do not publish our clients' findings. The work reaches into how an organisation actually runs, and what we learn inside one is not ours to use as an argument outside it. References are given directly, with the client's permission, to anyone considering an engagement.
The centre of gravity is Sweden and the rest of the Nordics, and that is a choice rather than a boundary: European rules are the ones we know best, and they are what most of our clients are measured against. Work outside that area we take when the assignment fits, on site or remotely.

QUESTIONS
The senior who scopes the engagement is accountable for it throughout, and that name is in the offer before you sign. Where an assignment calls for specialist depth, specialists from the Ampliro Network are engaged for that assignment, chosen for the problem rather than for whoever happens to be free. For heavier technical build we work with development partners under our direction. Responsibility for the whole stays with Ampliro AB in every setup and is never transferred to a subcontractor.
Capacity is assembled per assignment rather than kept on a bench. The permanent core runs the engagement and answers for delivery, the Ampliro Network supplies specialists in what the assignment requires, and development partners are brought in for builds that need dedicated engineering. Where the documentation asks for named staffing, we name the people and attach their credentials. Otherwise we keep the staffing open until the assignment is scoped, because the right specialist can only be chosen once the problem is known. You are never billed for idle time.
Ampliro AB is your counterparty regardless of who performs the work, so the commitment stays with us. If a replacement is needed, we propose someone of equivalent competence from the permanent core or from the Ampliro Network, and the change is made in dialogue with you. The work is also documented continuously in your own systems rather than living in a consultant's head. That is the same property that lets you run the result without us after handover.
Yes. Ampliro holds no partner programmes, takes no reseller margins and has no vendor incentives, and no vendor pays us a commission. We are paid for the advice, and only by you. That is also what makes it possible to recommend the deployment your own rules actually allow, including solutions that never leave your own environment. The independence is stated in writing in the offer.
