Why our engagements are easy to procure
Every engagement is scoped in writing before it starts: deliverables, price, timeline and ownership. The price and the deliverables are then fixed for that scope, agreed with you once the conditions are known, and they hold: fixed price means a price set for your engagement, with no hourly meters to audit afterwards. The scopes themselves are described on the capabilities page.
We resell no licences and hold no vendor partner programmes, so the conflict-of-interest section of your assessment is short. And everything we build is owned by you at handover, which keeps the exit clause simple: there is nothing to exit from.
On delivery, the senior who scopes the engagement is named in the offer and stays accountable for it throughout, and specialists from the Ampliro Network are engaged per assignment, chosen for that assignment and approved by you, so capacity is added to a defined scope rather than drawn from a bench. Continuity is written into the scope: what we produce is documented as we produce it and is yours at handover, so the engagement does not sit in one person's head. For buyers under the Swedish Public Procurement Act (lagen om offentlig upphandling, LOU): the thresholds are set nationally within the EU framework, and our fixed-scope engagements are normally sized to sit within a direct award. We write the scope so that the documentation your registry requires exists from day one.
Larger engagements run as call-offs under a framework agreement or as an advertised procurement where we tender like anyone else. The material we hand over is written to hold up in the procurement documents: clear requirements, clear ownership, nothing that assumes we are the ones who continue.

Often yes. The direct award threshold under the Swedish Public Procurement Act stands at 700,000 kronor and was not raised for 2026, unlike the EU thresholds. The limit is calculated on the authority's aggregate purchases of the same kind during the financial year rather than on the individual contract, so the assessment is yours to make. Our fixed-scope engagements are normally sized to sit within it, and the scope is written so the basis for that decision exists from day one.
